The Hollies Care Centre and the Towers – Dursley

OHS carried out the complete mechanical services installation within this 55 bedroom care centre and 7 assisted living units.
This consisted of full design and installation of the under floor heating, hot and cold water distribution, ventilation, above ground drainage and sanitary ware, external underground gas and water services, controls systems and kitchen facilities.
This project was carried out over an 18 month period for Greystone Construction on behalf of the Littlecombe Park group.
The project was handed over May 2008, with phase three to follow soon.
