Octagon Heating Services Ltd is a privately owned company based in Staple Hill, Bristol.

Octagon has a history of over thirty years within the Mechanical Services Industry.

We have a dedicated management team based at our Bristol Staple Hill offices consisting of Contract Managers, Estimators, Account Clerks, Administrators and a Service Manager.

We will in 2007-2008 have a turn over of approximately £2.4 million split between mechanical installation and routine maintenance/breakdowns.

We have up to twenty engineers/fitters working at any one time plus office staff.

We have a policy that ensures all our operatives and office staff are qualified to the latest current standards. This ensures we stay in front and have technical advantage over our competitors.

We use mainly direct labour but have long standing arrangements with specialist associated contractors.

Our customer base ranges from end users both commercial and industrial, developers, main contractors and blue chip companies such as Bristol Water, Wessex Water and BT.

We are, in our opinion, in a minority of contractors that do what we say we will do, in a professional manner whilst ensuring our customers are kept informed of progress.
